Project 01
Azoria Cabo Negro
Cabo Negro, Morocco ยท 2026
Overview
These images tell the story of the project before it ever left the ground. The whole work lay in bringing it to life: choosing the viewpoints, from the coastline flyover down to the interiors, tuning the clear light of a Mediterranean summer, dressing every surface in its real materials and composing a complete setting, from furniture to planting, until the place looks already lived in. A commercial animation extends the series and gives room to the town itself and its appeal as a destination.
Facing the sea at Cabo Negro, on Morocco's northern Mediterranean coast, Azoria Cabo is a residential development of low buildings set within a large garden. White render, golden stone bases, tiled roofs and timber pergolas give it a bright Mediterranean character, opened up by wide terraces and glass-balustraded balconies. Between the buildings run pools, paved paths, clipped hedges, olive trees, palms, cypresses and beds of bougainvillea and oleander, down to the beach below.
The interiors carry the same softness: pale stone floors, blond wood, linen, rattan and woven straw, with touches of blue that answer the sea. Living rooms open wide onto shaded terraces, bedrooms frame the horizon, bathrooms let in both light and view.
The care went to materials and planting: the stone had to keep its grain, the wood its warmth, the gardens their density of careful planting, the pool water its clarity. Full daylight, crisp and bright, for a seaside mood at once calm and alive.
